BOTTLE GRADE POLYESTER CHIPS 001

NSP 001 is a copolymer resin with a nominal intrinsic viscosity of 0.80dl/g.  This resin possesses excellent melting characteristic, optimized crystallization rate, large process window and stability during injection / stretch – blow molding.

Specifically NSP 001 resin has the advantage of wide processing window during injection and stretch blow molding, this provides the lower generation of acetaldehyde and higher clarity in bottles.  NSP 001 resin is suitable for applications of bottled water, cooking oil, soy sauce and alcoholic beverage applications or for the larger wide mouth bottles.

NSP 001 resin is produced in a state of the art continues polymerization technology and is combined with a strict quality monitoring systems.  The production facilities producing NSP 001 resin are approved by ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 systems.  NSP 001 resin has been accepted by food and beverage companies at its outstanding quality for many years.

NSP 001 resin conforms to FDA Regulation 177.1630, and is widely used for food and beverage packaging.  NSP 001 resin is an environmental friendly product with the important advantage of being totally recyclable.
