BOTTLE GRADE POLYESTER CHIPS 002

NSP 002 is a copolymer resin with a nominal intrinsic viscosity of 0.84dl/g.  This resin possesses excellent melting characteristic, optimized crystallization rate, large process window and stability during injection / stretch – blow molding.

Specifically NSP 002 resins have the advantage of wide processing window during injection and stretch blow molding, this allows for a shorter cycle time and higher production speed. Furthermore, bottles made from       NSP 002 resins have higher strength and better barrier. Best for making 5 Gallon Bottles / 25 Liter Bottles
 
NSP 002 resin is produced in a state of the art continues polymerization technology and is combined with a strict quality monitoring systems.  The production facilities producing NSP 002 resin are approved by ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 systems to confirm the outstanding quality.
 
NSP 002 resin conforms to FDA Regulation 177.1630, and is widely used for food and beverage packaging.  NSP 002 resin is an environmental friendly product with the important advantage of being totally recyclable.
